\nThe brown button mushrooms is the relative of the white one. The production technology is not as intense as in case of the white relative, thus its growing time is longer. Due to this, it is uniquely rich in flavors, several fragrances and aromas are concentrated in it. Real highlight for gourmets. It is delicious as grilled, but thick slices, also opened hat can be fried in a pan. Its flavors, aromas fit well with butter, cheese, it is unique delicatessen. As in case of white one, do not peel, just rinse under running water.<\/p>\n
