Six domestic family-owned companies received this year’s K & H family businesses for excellence. “K & H’s social responsibility has long been given high priority to environmental protection, health and financial education. In addition to this, two years ago, as a new area of \u200b\u200bentrepreneurship, we emphasized the need to serve the needs of domestic family businesses, to support their long-term sustainability and the continuation of family values. For this reason, we have also announced the K & H Family Company Excellence Award this year, by which we recognized the companies that practice exemplary practice in long-term strategic thinking, integrating family values \u200b\u200binto management and active social responsibility. With recognition, we want to further strengthen the role of family businesses in society and the economy, “said \u00c1kos \u00c9kes, an expert in K & H family businesses.<\/p>\n

Family companies are a very solid core of both the international and the Hungarian economy. “At K & H, we are in a good position to see and understand the problems with family businesses, and we are convinced that solutions from more experienced companies can be another example of successful growth and growth for other companies,” said \u00c1kos \u00c9kes.<\/p>\n

“It is a great pleasure for us that the companies have reacted positively to our initiative this year. Based on the many entries received, we see that environmental protection, continuous training of staff and the education of the young generation for a healthy lifestyle are of paramount importance for family businesses. For many, one of the most pressing challenges in the sector is the successful launch of a generational change, “said the expert. “The latter is also an extremely important topic, as half of the companies will have to succeed in the next 4-5 years, while almost half of the companies do not have a written plan. We are confident that the practices of the winning companies can lead to family businesses on the brink of generational change, “added \u00c1kos \u00c9kes.<\/p>\n

In evaluating the applications, the six-member jury evaluated the company’s importance, successful operation, dedication to family values, and the realization of unique ideas and solutions, in addition to the outstanding performance in the given category.<\/p>\n
